THE HAGUE, 31 January 2018. The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, will hold public hearings in the case concerning the Obligation to Negotiate Access to the Pacific Ocean (Bolivia v. Chile) from Monday 19 to Wednesday 28 March 2018, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court.
